"I am writing to thank you fro appraising my wrecked vehicle,
and to fill you in on the outcome of my claim. Your reports were easy
to read, and your "post appraisal guidance - invaluable. You looked at my truck on May 31, and I had a check in my hand on July
16th. Please note the "loss of value" you quoted was $4,956
and the check I received was for that exact amount. I must add that
at first they refused to pay the "claim and repair" portion
of $1,912." I have since traded the wrecked truck in for a brand new Chevy 1500
LT. I even had the dealer install mud tires and a three inch lift. And,
thanks to my loss of value check, my monthly payment are $20 less than
with the wrecked truck. Thanks again for all your help!
